    About timeworn artifacts

    Ok, new guy, relatively, here. I got to ask, do timeworn artifacts only drop in delubrium reginae after you accept the relic quest for them?

    Yes, but you require to also have the quest active, otherwise they wont drop (they also drop from Dalriada but that is after DR anyway)
