Borderless Windowed Mode Causing Other Windows to Lag

Running FFXIV in Borderless Windowed Mode at 144hz causes all my windows, such as videos and streams to lag on my second monitor which is running at 60hz, not audio but specifically the video lag.

There was a previous thread that had the same issue as myself about a month ago but it was closed with no apparent solution. I have a pretty identical problem to this player here.

We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Lastly, which window modes have you tried? (Borderless, Windowed, Full screen)

Having the same issue from some time now. I cannot stream the game any more or doing anything else while playing. (At the top of that i have lag spikes since yesterday.) I tried Borderless and Windowed mode.
