    DDossed world?

    I got booted and got the "unable to obtain character data" message when playing a new character, and when I tried going back in after a few minutes it said there was 818 people in the queue? Is FF14 being DDossed by hackers and maroons? World Sargatanas.
    (friendly reminder that ddossing is a felony)
    *EDIT* Not it says over 2000 queue.
    *EDIT* Now it's over 3300

    I am on the same world as you and I can not get back in. I was DC'ed and now when trying to login, my main character just has a bunch of question marks and it says the world is currently full and I am 7 in queue, but it just sticks at 7. Never goes up or down, and sometimes just refreshes itself. Hopefully they fix it soon =P

    hmm Maybe there's storms at the server location that crashed it? Hopefully nothing worse than that.

    The servers are all located in the same place. Sometimes individual servers crash, especially since Aether specifically has been hit really hard lately with TONS of new players.

    Now the queue is 4726. Gotta be a ddos... Unless that's how many people are trying to get back on? How many people can a world hold at a time?

    Same happened to me. My queue is around 2,300. I tried resetting all my stuff, thought maybe it was on my end. guess not

    Nah, Seems to be an issue with the Sargatanas server itself. Though, at least at this point players are able to start funneling back into the game. Just hit 2510 in queue down from 3700+ about 5-10min ago. Just have to be patient.

    Agreed, I've been seeing my new queue that started at over 5k steadily start lowering.

    I'm at work but my FC is in Discord talking about how they're all logging in for Midweek Maps.
    They all got in fine with normal length ques.
    Seems like the problem isn't effecting everyone equally...
