Hello, i wanted to upgrade to the collector of the game and i bought a code on Square Enix shop . https://store.eu.square-enix-games.com/

But impossible to enter the code in stationmog
( step 4 on the assistance "how to" )







What should i do ? the support from Square Enix shop is terrible ( they take me for a morron by saying i'm on Mac....).
i feel like i've been scam of 50 euros.

If you buy the physical copy, the instructions on how to install it should appear in the email you get.

However, if you just want the items, you can use a "digital collector's upgrade" option straight off of the mog shop.

It's not a physical copy it's a digital for PC trouble is i can t enter the code i miss the number 4 step ( look at screenshots )

It's not a scam, you can't redeem the expansion key yet until Endwalker is close (it may be the when the early bird jump starts) to release. You can redeem the pre-order bonus but not endwalker yet.
