There are some good any bad points in this post.

First the bad point:
The first time I put in a ticket for a missing title I had noticed, I had forgotten the 1.0 server I was playing on since it is near 10 years ago since I was on it. To be honest, I really only remember the 2.0 server and thought it was the same at the 1.0 server. Due to them not being the same, the ticket came back as a failure to verify and ended there.

I really thought this was just a lazy GM closing a ticket that didn't matter much in today's ffxiv gaming experience. So, I created a 2nd ticket that was basically the same.

The good point:
This time, I was told that "no data was found" and that I had gotten one of the 1.0 or 2.0 servers wrong. I was glad someone clarified this for me. After much searching through old 1.0 videos, I found a video of my character and the server name. This time, the verification process was pretty fast. So I would like to say, thank you to that GM for not closing the ticket automatically and clarifying the issue with me.

Feedback regarding GM Tehmuhsae:
They were very professional, reassuring, and quick at their job. They were also very clear and concise in their communication. 10/10 ^^/
