IGNORED, CANT GET INTO CONTACT WITH ANYONE AT SUPPORT. MY LIVE CHAT REQUESTS EARLIER AND CALLS TO THE SUPPORT LINE WERE PUT ON HOLD AND NEVER ANSWERED. STUCK IN JAIL FOR 12+ HOURS. NO EMAIL TELLING ME WHAT I DID WRONG.

Only advice would be to fill out a report in game. That should get the attention of a GM who can try to sort it out.

This player posted hate speech in game, they is making thread after thread regarding his ban for legit hate speech. There are other posts that people posted screen shots and this player went to Twitter spewing hate speech too.

The ban is legit and I’m shocked this player hasn’t been permanently banned.

Yeah, i found those other threads after i had already posted that short reply here. It quickly became clear that they were no longer still just waiting in jail for someone to tell them what was going on, and were instead complaining about the punishment they rightly received. I came back to this thread yesterday and actually started edit my reply to acknowledge the situation. But thinking about it, i stopped myself and closed the thread. This player likely wont be with us for long(as you said, their punishment was earned), but another new player could find themself in the mordian gaol for a some length of time without realizing why and the advice to fill out a report would still be valid. So thats why i left my response. Not for this player, but in case someone else needs the advice in the future.

The OP got a 20 day ban, I think they got a forum ban too, I’m not sure though.
