How often do you use a Fantasia?

Unfortunately, I tend to use it when I have to change my eye color to match my hair... which is more frequent than it should be.

I can live with paying $10 to change my skin color or my race or sex... but I really have to fork over a Hamilton every time my girl wants to put in colored contacts? That's lame.

I honestly think that you should be able to change everything except race and sex.

WoW actually added the ability to change sex even for free tho.
I can kinda see the argument for a limitation it'd maybe feel a bit strange if everyone was just changing constantly.

But I think you should have all options for your race available at least.

In the beginning of Stormblood became Lala as a joke.
I used my free lvl 50 fantasia for it.

I'm still a potato and do not want to change it.

I can create the character's look pretty quickly, but for the name.........

I've used two; one to try some minor facial feature and hairstyle (before the barbershop) tweaks, and one to go back to the original settings. I've had this one single character in this same form since the start, with the exception of the above try. I can't bring myself to change him; he's me, I'm him, and we will always be as we are together.

I've used one since returning to the game a couple of months ago. Still have my other free one in my inventory. I changed from bunny to kitty because I couldn't stand not wearing big hats. Adore big hats in-game and IRL. I was a kitty main last time I was actively playing, too. My character seems to be naked half the time anyways, so maybe Miqo'te is just more fitting for me.
