How often do you use a Fantasia?

I'm so very tempted to go back to male Hyur. I'd be a Viera in a heartbeat if they could wear proper hats and had more hairstyles. I'd also love to be a female Au Ra.

I agree with many of you saying that just about all the races are appealing.

About once every three or four months, generally. I find the character customisation options in FFXIV to be extremely limited. There's no way to play one of the most basic combinations of desirable features, after all - a classically handsome man with minimal inhuman features that also has a decent amount of height and muscle mass.

I usually alternate between various Midlander male designs as well as straying to playing a Raen or Xaela male every once in a while. Every other option has too many design flaws for my liking.

I don't. I've used a Fantasia on a character only once (about 4 years ago) and later deleted that character when I didn't like the animations on the new race anymore than I had liked them on the old.

But I also like leveling alts so any desire to play a different race can be satisfied when I create a new character.

I have used 2 ever. Both "freebies". One to change my "main" To a Miquo'te Female because I found that I liked the glamour options so much more than how it looked and what was available on my Roegadyn.
I also turned one of my alts into a Viera when they came out just to have a bunny person because the hair is absolutely fabulous.

Other than that, that's been it. Once about .. 4 years ago? and then another at the release of Shadowbringer. Both on different characters.

I've only used Fantasia maybe twice since ARR came out? The only reason I've used the Fantasia is to change the eye color... for my character. Everything else has stayed the same except for me changing hair styles with the hair guy and then directly later changing it back to this hairstyle... Rannie just isn't Rannie if I change his features even in the slightest. (Hell this is the same character features i've used since 1.0 including the tattoo I accidentally put on him in closed beta that I now can't get rid of since i'm too used to it.)
