The current situation on the Light DC...
They have to do something, otherwise it will become as bad as in WoW...
And I dont want that all the things you can archive in the game can be skipped with a credit card swipe.

The reality is taking gil for a service isn't illegal. People pay for ERP, brothels, food, levekits, and yes content.
Sure there are PayPal legends, but that's also an under-the-table thing that can't be policed or proven in party finder.
You can't compare RP services with boosting services.
The one is fully in-game and payed directly with Gil.
The other needs you to give away your account data and is mostly RMT transaction.
I don't want that the Ultimate titles get the same reputation as the mentor crown.
These titles and weapon's are something to show, that you have done the hardest possible content.
But when SE doesn't stop it now then it will continue getting worse. There are now a lot of new player who are used to just buy everything with real money, and I really don't want them to do the same here.

If they are linking you to a Discord they are 100% requesting RMT services.

Yes I can. You see the ones offering content for only gil, that's because it requires no piloting. The buyer can just not contribute or be dead for most of the fight and the seven will carry to the finish for the sticker price. That's how it works. It can't be done for all content available of course, like ultimates. But there is no shortage of people who want content like more recent savage or primal mounts otherwise there wouldn't be ads that say "we'll beat their price!"You can't compare RP services with boosting services.

Someone selling/ buying old content for Gil is not the problem.
With a new add-on it is old and easy archiveable anyway.
The problem about it is that people sell Ultimates and even HoH/ Potd solo archivements.
Now, could anyone please explain me how someone gets carryed in a solo Potd run?
The same for ultimates and even older savages.
Can e8s light rempard be done with just 7 player?

Whether people agree with carry runs or not, the question here is what exactly do you expect SE to do without
1) roping in the many valid examples of "mercenary work" into their punishment net
2) proving RMT or account-sharing without getting way nosier than people are probably comfortable with about what else is going on with our consoles or PCs outside the game
If they just ban this kind of advertising from party finder in general, it'll at least decrease the exposure these guys get as people will have actively do searches out of the game if they want carry runs.
I do find it extremely suspicious that these same advertisers are active across every single data center regardless of region/language, though. I can't imagine they seriously have full teams of leveled characters to perform carries with on every single data center and feel like some of them have to just be thinly veiled attempts at stealing people's accounts (Which is all the more reason to get them out of the public eye).

Exacly that.
And they have TOS gives reason to enforce that:
2.2 Real Money Trading, Farming and Power-Leveling. You may not sell, purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency, accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items. You may not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party for real-world money, specifically including "gold-farming" and power-leveling services.
It can not be proven, but everyone knows that RMT is involved in one or another way.
2.8 Commercial Spamming/Spimming. You may not use (or abuse) the in-game chat and message services to distribute advertisements.
They falsly use the partyfinder function.
3.1 Sharing Account Information. You may not share your account or login information (such as your Square Enix ID and password) with anyone except your legal guardian, your minor child, or Square Enix. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information, even from your friends and family. If you violate this provision, you may unexpectedly lose access to your account to a third party without recourse against Square Enix. Square Enix will not be obliged to credit your Square Enix Account with Crysta or other points or awards, which may have been used by a third party as a result of the violation of this clause.
You only can clear certain advertised content by sharing your account data.

They might be able to use 2.8 but how is a PF entry going to prove the other two without doing either of the two points I brought up? Either people not breaking ToS in any way will get caught in the net or SE would need to get very invasive about out-of-game programs and what you're doing on your system.Exacly that.

Not sure if it was you or someone else who brought up the solo PotD runs, because that is a valid point and could probably strongly point to account sharing. But it's murky on other entries.
