I have been harrassed in game for the entire 3 weeks, got zero replied from the GM

Hi, I'm playing on the Tonberry server (Elemental DC, JP), and I got harassed by a player everyday when I logged in. He has been doing this for almost 3 weeks. (I'm posting this from my alt btw, my main character is already level 80.)

He does the following:
- He follows me everywhere whenever I go, including my own house, my FC house, my apartment, and every map possible.
- He spams healing skills (i.e., Regen, Aspected Benefic) at me all the time to make me notice him.
- He occasionally sends an empty trade request at me while I attempt to teleport to prevent my teleportation.

I've tried blacklisting him and setting myself as busy in-game, but this doesn't help when he can spam healing skills at me and follow me around. I'm very stressed and anxious whenever I log in. I have to set my FC house to private and crawl up in my house, just to escape from this guy.



I've created more than 10 support tickets in-game, reporting him via lodestone. I also send my 5 gameplay records of him violating the ToS in-game (stalking/preventing teleportation), sent it to GM. It's been 3 weeks ever since, but nothing has been done to the harasser so far.

No GM has contacted me back. All of my messages end up as "being unable to speak with you directly, as you were unavailable when we attempted to contact you" even when I waited for almost 12 hours after sending the request.

Is there anything that can be done for my case? If you need the name of the harasser or any additional evidence, please contact me.

Please help me.

By the way, as a suggestion, please add the message time (i.e. 04:00PM) to the support ticket UI (Support Desk > History > Report History). There's no way to check when the GM contacted me or what time the reply from the support has arrived.
