Yuna/Tidus gear exchange for different gender?

Could we get a gender exchange for the people who bought the outfit back in the day for Yuna's high summoner gear and Tidus's abes outfit? Some people have fantasied into different genders since then and can't use the gear that we have now.

ATM we can only buy the gear with dream of the fayth's (which is impossible to buy anymore) and we can't exchange it for the different genders outfit, even though we can exchange other things like Lighting's outfit into snows.

It'd be really nice to have this option implemented.

You could never buy dream of the fayth it was reward for buying online tickets for fanfest back in the days . if i remember correctly it did depends if people bought tickets for all three fanfest because i can buy both yuna/tidus with my dream of the fayth scrolls.

But it's weird that u cant exchange them now since you can buy them in the store. lets hope they will implement that sooon

Did you not read the op's post the whole way? People change genders sometimes when Fantasia-ing and there's plenty of other outfits that allow you to trade one gender for another.

Not even. Theres no problem with making gear that looks good on both males and females at the same time.

No part of Yuna let alone Tidus's outfits would look strange on the opposite gender though. Not that like Yuna's sleeves as they're some of the stiffest things you'll see in the game.

It wasn't a mogstation outfit. You bought tickets for the stormblood digital fanfest and they'd give you these tokens called "dream of the fayth" in game that you can exchange for whichever outfit you wanted from the calamity salvager. The same NPC who exchanges other gender locked gear like Lighting/Snow's outfut from ff13. This was a few years ago by the way. Also unless I missed it in the store it's impossible to get those outfits anymore. So people who own the Tidus set are stuck with the Tidus set and can't use it or exchange it if they fantasia to a female, and vice versa.

Regardless, maybe you should know more about what you're actually talking about before you talk down to others.

The Tidus outfit has the chest open and the Yuna outfit has a bikini top under the white wrap under a woman’s style obi. These things are not typical for opposite gender and would also require more remodeling than normal to work on the opposite gender. Generally everything that has the chest as open as Tidus’s outfit has a bra included for women.

I know that anything with and open chest on females tends to have a bra added and sometimes things removed from it like the lv70 mnk top where a bra was added and the chest tattoo was removed. Most people wouldn't know that's a woman's obi. Also wouldn't be the first or last time a guy wearing women's fashion was seen as odd. At least not when it comes to Japan. Which had a history of both genders having similar styles or silhouettes. Let alone having an entire theater style where men played both genders.
