I'm facing an issue with homeworld transfer for one of my characters, I'm trying to move from Twintania to Odin, both are on the light data centre. I've received three emails from SE, one that confirmed my payment, and two that told me that my world transfer has failed, I tried to contact the game support but so far I only got auto-replies that are not related to my matter, I also tried to pay for another transfer, which failed for some reason.

tomorrow I'll mark my one-week milestone of waiting for this single transfer, which normally takes 5 minutes to one hour.

what can I do? apparently, SE support email is not accessible for the time being and I can't access the live chat for unknown reasons. i cant play the game as I need to be logged off whilst waiting for the homeworld transfer to take place

I'm even using the game forums for the first time
