More rewards for 'completionists'.

In Shadowbringers, we got a mount as a reward for leveling all our jobs.
We recently got the TT Card mount too. Since then, I feel like a lot more people are trying to collect the cards.
I love this trend, and I want more!

I believe it would be nice for other similar mounts to be added to give people some motivation to try all sort of content:
- give me a flying orchestrion roll when I am done collecting them all
- make mounts for the dedicated fishers out there (could be cool to fly on the Ruby Dragon for example)
- The Apkallu minion is nice and all but a mount for getting all the vistas would be cool. Make that Kugane jump puzzle rewarding!
- Crafting log. Give me a mount for that too! Shiny tools are cool and all, but that's really not enough considering how tedious it can be to complete.

- Completing all sidequests
- Getting all the relic weapons
- Getting a specific amount of minions/mounts
