Our Free Company known as Warriors of Balance is looking for more members. Our Company tag is <<WoB>>

We are currently a small but growing Free Company that wants to find active FFXIV players whether they are new to the game, veterans who want to help us grow, or even players that have returned after a long period and are feeling lost. Anyone is welcome to join us!

We have a Discord server that is our main source of communication for important information such as rules, how to obtain higher tier roles in the FC, upcoming future Free Company events and in game get togethers, general chat between members, and we want to start linking guides and other useful information in one of the channels as well even!

Our FC hopes to get an in game house soon however it is difficult with the current flood of players in the game so that might not be available for a while sadly. It is already fully funded so we are not expecting anyone to donate anything to our Free Company unless they simply wish to do so themselves for the benefit of other FC members.

As for our Free Company actions (the buffs we activate) we will always have "The Heat of Battle" which gives a +5% battle EXP buff to everyone in the FC. We are currently at Free Company Rank 7 so once we hit Rank 8 then our second Free Company action will alternate between +5% gathering EXP buff or +5% crafting EXP buff.

As stated before, anyone is welcome to join our Free Company. Dungeon runners, raiders, crafters, we are going to have an open place for everyone as long as they are willing to follow the rules. (The main things are: no verbally abusing any other FC members, and no scamming players who want help with crafting.) We do have rules about inactivity but players who inform us ahead of time about it can be exempt from the system because we want to be flexible.
