Predict the fall of Garuda: winners ??

I was browsing through the forums waiting on ( yet another ) emergency maint of 4 hours + ( which i think should not be neccesary if there was less focus on adding more content on a server that is in deteriation as Yoshi-P stated, but more in upgrading server even before 2.0 but thats beside my point. ) and i noticed a lot of posts, life streams of beating the green menace also known as Garuda ( my congratz to those who beaten her ) and also saw the actuall time it took people to kill her. Yet i dont see a reaction of SE where they confirm the actuall time, and the anouncement of the winners that joined the little contest.

Also i am curious if the winners ( 1 or more on exact time + 20 runner ups ) are for all languages, of if there is multiple language betting ( hence more winners possible, but also more participation )

can someone tell me how this works, kinda new on the forum and the events they orinize so i was curious ( and bored ) hence the post

The contest is global, everyone is in 1 bucket.

There will be 2 main winners, 1 including maint time, 1 not including maint time.

Then 20 runners (i guess 10 higher/lower)

Everyone is in the same boat and shares the same times, JP/EN/FR/GR/any-other is 1 big contest.

Yoshi is making a post, that will get translated and release, hence no time, but its clearly BG as he said its their world and Yoshi posted in their thread, thus BG know the time, told us, and now we know the win time. The time it took total will be around 7hrs 40mins for non maintenance and about 9hrs 58mins with maintenance, with flexibility as no knows the exact minute the servers went back up after maintenance.

awesome, thanks for the info, i myself had it set on 7 hours 18 min lol, so i was curious how it would evolve from there, thx again

Someone made a list in another thread, but I think it only has the EN ppl listed - what i saw is that about every minute has at least 1 person guessing it in that time range :P

And EN only! but i suspect JP to be just as big, if not more, meaning there is like 1-5 guesses for each minute lol

The issue is, they said your time must be unique, check to ensure its not been said, which clearly no one did as thousands of them are duplicates, but that is another issue, who is going to look through 3000 posts?

Be interesting to see how they handle it.

If you dont count the duplicates, then it is a 10 minute range for + - 10 people for the 20 runners up, if you do count duplicates, then its like 50 people +- the time ><

Then there is also duplicate 1st place winners :O

as far as i remember on forums only non -duplicated times get a price.
