Increase MGP from Open Tournaments

Open Tournaments appear every other hour, far less frequently than GATEs and take ~12 minutes for each tournament. With first place and selling whatever cards you earn, you still get less MGP than you'd get from a GATE.

I'm aware that the cards are "supposed" to be their own reward, but even if you consider each pack awarded is like you were buying them yourself, it's still a lousy reward considering how infrequent these Open Tournaments are and how long they take to complete. And what about people that already have all of the pack cards?

I don't know how much MGP each place should award, but I'd like for them to be at least on par with R300 chocobo racing in mgp/minute, preferably more since you can only play at most 3 tournaments every 2 hours, during which time you're missing at least 1 GATE.

Yeah, I think it could use a bit of an increase. Maybe even guarantee a platinum pack for placing 1st. Those are so random anyway that it wouldn't really have an effect on regular tournament participation. Most people just battle NPCs for those anyway.
