Not able to play in Directx 11 and game crashing alot

Hello guys!
I've come across some problems after returning to final fantasy again after several years away.

When trying to start the game in Directx 11 mode i get this japanese error message when the game launches and confirming the error closes the game:



I've tried google to get some tips before posting here, but I cannot find anyone with the same error message. I have tried the usual stuff though: Changing ingame settings, reinstalling the game, updating and reinstalling directX and GPU drivers but with no success.

Playing in directx 9 works however - but only for a while. The game works anywhere between 15m-2 hours but then, especially when i use the teleportsystem to crowded places, the game starts lagging uncontrollably with freezelags that usually end in crashes. After rebooting the game it starts working a short while again before the freezelags continue.

It shouldn't be my hardware becuase my computer is kind of new with alot of high-end hardware. It really saddens me because I'm really enjoying the game but not being able to play it in directx 11 and having these freezelags and crashes are really frustrating.
