Hello i am trying to buy the game buy it gives me a this error... i tried with other cards to it gives same error.

how to fix that ?

other option i could buy from steam too but i dont know if it does scyn i ve checked google it has some sync problems... i have starter pack, so how can i scyn with steam.

i prefer not to use steam but if i dont ve a choice what to do..
