Selene and Eos

Since there isn't any difference between Selene and Eos game wise anymore, I think it would be neat if we changed their models and assign a gender type for each fairly. Maybe change Eos to a male fairy and update his color palette to include more cool colors while Selene has more warm colors.

On a more serious note, I liked fairies more when they had heals and shields. Yes, it was unbalanced in favor of Eos, but at least the idea was in the correct direction.

I'd like a more complex pet system for Scholar and Summoner, or at least make it so it's not only aesthetic...

I'm also a fan of pet glamours, we definitely need more of that.

I really wish that Pets for both Scholar and SMN would be both targetable/killable again, since it had alot of potential abilitywise.

I miss this too. The main reason I used to do it was that I could control 100% where the deployment was coming from, vs players who move unpredictably.

Imo missed opportunity for the faeries to act like AST stances, Eos heals with regens and Selene heals with extra shields, but lets just gut it and get rid of that nonsense. We're never going back to pre SB faeries so at this point they should've done something crazy like have both faeries out and make aetherpact affect 2 target members simultaneously or fuse them to make seraph.

I'm also in favor of customization options for our faries. That been said I do have to disagree with one thing you said. If we are to decide new colors for our fairies then Selene must get cool colors because Selene is a reference of The Moon so she should be able to get colors like White, Silver, Blue and perhaps Purple?.
That has been my biggest issue so far... I don't like the colors Selene gets but I refuse to change her because as a Miqo'te Keeper of the Moon (and former harcore Night Elf fan XD) I choose to play with the fairy that resembles the most to my lore.

Sooo please? Can we get to choose different colors/skins for our fairies? =)

Tbh I don’t get why they deleted Selene’s abilities lol. They really weren’t that bad.

I mean, I do get why they done it. I’m just not sure I agree that turning Selene into a pet skin was really necessary to streamline the job or ‘remove needless complexity’. I don’t think Scholars have ever said ‘I don’t like having more than one fairy to choose from and would like you remove all of my options in future’ lol.

An ‘Egi glamours’ type system for Fairy would be pretty cool, but at the same time, I’d hate for them to use it an excuse to never consider making the fairies separate entities again. ‘Oh, but why would you want Selene to have her own abilities and value when we could keep developing new palette swaps of her instead?’

No seriously. Just leave Eos and Selene alone. You dont need to put a gender to everything. Its a fantasy world, not RL.
Maybe they will put Selene and Eos together, so you have only one fairy at the end.

Cite one established world progression SCH who wanted Selene to get removed or at the very least was pleased with the change.

I can assure you, the raiders I know were not happy with SCH's treatment in this expansion (Or the previous for that matter)
