Why can't we send photo evidence when reporting a player for cheating?

While true, it is simply evidence to start an investigation.

If it's fake, it's easy to spot and the false accuser should be the one suspended.

If not, well, a player just basically did a GM's job for them.

It's completely unnecessary for them to be provided with screenshots and then to trounce through their own logs. They investigate irrespective of whether you provide or do not provide the screenshots. They aren't doing anyone a favor because they're still going to be required to check against their own logs anyway. They still need to validate the claims being made in the report. It's probably faster for them to just be provided the time, place, and characters involved.
