I don't see there any lack of masculine options, to be completely frank. If anything, there's too much of it for my taste. Your daily reminder that "traditonal bruh bruh" varies from culture to culture.

In comparison to feminine options? Think you should re-evaluate that.There’s been numerous examples given of constant feminine styled glams in the form of male glams. Masculine glams have just seemed like a rarity this expansion alone, but not only that but other expansions as well. Just look at the shisui glams lmao. The devs have constantly pandered to female characters, and do very little to change glams for male characters. Just look at 90% of the healing or even casting gear.

You keep repeating that, and backing it up by pointing out specific glamours that are feminine. That does not actually disprove the existence of counter-examples.

(And yes the Shisui sets are kind of weird on men, but the costume designers have to invent something to use as the shirt piece for men's swimwear every time they make a set. Also they get cool gloves as part of it that could be combined into other outfits. And the top actually looks interesting with Au Ra and shows off their scales, which is appropriate for how it's used in game – acquired from the Raen palace and also seen as Buduga tribal gear.)

And I'm looking through the list of healer gear from Shadowbringers, and there is nice stuff there that I absolutely regard as masculine.

• Anamnesis coat (repeat Shire set) looks like a man's coat
• Blade's Acton is neutral (I understand it's a male character's outfit originally? I haven't played XII)
• Bozjan military coat is definitely masculine
• Brightlinen - masculine, semi-armoured set that originated as melee DPS gear
• Cryptlurker is a wizard's robe - neutral, not feminine
• Crystarium is more feminine but not particularly flattering to them either, and I wouldn't use it on either gender
• Deepshadow - neutral tending towards female battlemage? But not girly-feminine
• Edencall - tending feminine, but I am putting together a glamour with this for one of my male Miqo'te characters and I actually really like it for that. I've been trying to place exactly what it's based on and it seems to be in the vein of Renaissance menswear but not exactly. Elements of earlier medieval style. Seems to click with the Hraesvelgr hat.
• Edengate - sure it's a dress.
• Edenmete - it is quite feminine and based on Gaia's outfit, though I also like the look of it on the same Miqo'te I mentioned above, and I like the look of the male version having the long sleeves compared to the female sleeveless version. It has a soft steampunky vibe to it and it's not "masculine" but I don't think it looks like he's in women's wear either.
• Exarchic - it's logically feminine by the design, but it also fits quite strangely and I don't like it on my female characters either.
• Facet (repeat Diabolic) is definitely Victorian masculine
• Heirloom/Voeburtite is feminine
• Ebers robe - feminine, yes, though I've wanted to play around with it. The male version has some armour on the hips where the female version has lace and bows, so I wonder how it could look dyed black or something and with armoured gauntlets and boots. Reclaim it.
• Arbatel - neutral
• Soothsayer - feminine even if they did put it on a male character
• Iridescent (Valerian) robe - feminine, though I like the more robe-style approach they've taken to the male version. The female version is more definitely a dress.
• Lakeland Robe - it's the Ishgardian cleric model, and I'm disappointed they recycled it instead of something nicer, but it's a male priest's robe and not a dress.
• Law's Order - feminine but the collar clips horribly with long hair, so ruined for both genders.
• Nabaath (Ala Mhigan crafter) - masculine
• Neo-Ishgardian - both genders get their own version and the male version looks fantastic. I like it on all my characters.
• Obsolete - as mentioned earlier in the thread, I actually do like how they've adapted it for male characters. It doesn't suit everyone but it definitely looked good on some of my male characters when I tried it. Simple tunic, the one-handed glove that could be cool for something, and a hairpin that isn't a flower.
• Ovim (Ala Mhigan) coat - I think this is gender-neutral and I'm using it for a male WHM glamour that isn't frilly.
• Paglth'an - tending feminine? But I haven't tried it on my characters.
  Pixie Cotton robe - ragged travelling gear. Maybe more feminine but not greatly.
• Ravel Keeper - attaching the heavy skirt to the body piece was a mistake. I assume they can't make it so full if it's a leg piece, but still it's an odd design choice and makes it more feminine. On the other hand they used it for all the Night's Blessed, men included.
• Ronkan - tending feminine but it's a priest robe again. It's hard to work with regardless.
• Shadowless - Ascian robes, neutral/cosplay
• Swallowskin - dwarf gear, not really designed to look good on anyone else
• Forgiven (Demon) - the robe and gloves are neutral although the skirt and fancy hat are feminine.
• Warg - masculine
• Type-51 - they got the 9S outfit, or as close as you're going to come to it. A nice stylish jacket for male characters.
• Type-53 - tending feminine but can work for an elegant men's outfit too.

And on the glamour front (if I'm starting in the right place):

• Craftsman top and singlet, both masculine
• Replica sky pirate sets, letting you use the masculine tank and melee sets instead of being locked to the feminine set for mages
• Replica Sky Rat post-apocalyptic look
• Kupo Jacket fits weirdly on everyone
• Craftsman's apron is weird but very gender-neutral
• Dalmascan top looks good on both genders
• Southern Seas shirt is equally tacky on both
• Casual set works on both
• Hraesvelgr set is Renaissance menswear again
• Skyworker's singlet is neutral to masculine
• Rider's jacket is masculine
• Frontier jacket is a weird design and nowhere near as nice as the dress
• Peacelover's shirt looks masculine to me
• 2B - feminine
• Late Allagan set is cool and not feminine

So yeah, if you got through that wall of text I think that's all the stuff we got in Shadowbringers and I really don't see the "nothing but feminine gear" narrative you keep repeating is there. You don't have to wear everything they give you, and the all-class pieces are there to be combined with job gear in interesting ways.

There could certainly be more gear in the style that you're asking for, but it's still one style among a variety of things that people want to put on their male characters, and neglecting your particular taste does not mean neglecting them entirely.

And ultimately, modern-style gear (which I think is generally what you're after) is much more likely to be delivered as glamour gear than healer-specific gear.
