In the grand scheme of design, Kilts and Skirts are literally the same thing. Probly the only real difference is the material they are made from, and a few trinkets. Otherwise, a Kilt is just a Skirt, you dont have to be Male to wear one, just like you dont have to be Female to wear a Skirt. Sure a Native to the culture might get offended, but they are and function the same....not like there is anything wrong with that.
