Not having genderlocking doesn't mean an outfit can't be masculine or feminine. As with the example provided by Roukiz. All the genderlocking serves is to provide frustration for players when they find a piece of gear that looks nice and disappointingly enough it's gender locked.

When i get a pair of pants, i want them to be a pair of pants and not a skirt!

Look at how they’ve done with caster and healer gear. Even the male ones are incredibly feminine. I’d rather not have that be a thing. Hell, the 2b gear isn’t genderlocked but it’s still heavily feminine and got no male alternative. I’d rather they spend more time coming up with more masculine male glams than trying to come up with ungenderlocked glams that appease a 1%

It is weird to me that we didn't get a coffer of 9S's gear, I'll say that. Puppet's Bunker drops gear that looks very, very similar but not quite there.

So as long as each gender gets equal treatment.

Also why not more RSE?
We only have like 1 set and half a shirt. Need more variety out there.

There is also the pvp "hoof" shoes that straight up cuts off your heel rather than making you stand on your toes...

Either way, much like capes, high heels are an affront to fashion and consistently ruins otherwise great designs.

I think access to pants over dresses alone would appeal to more than a mere 1%. The inverse... maybe that low.
