Not having genderlocking doesn't mean an outfit can't be masculine or feminine. As with the example provided by Roukiz. All the genderlocking serves is to provide frustration for players when they find a piece of gear that looks nice and disappointingly enough it's gender locked.

When i get a pair of pants, i want them to be a pair of pants and not a skirt!
