MMO Mouse Sidebuttons Not Working on PS5

Hello!

I've recently purchased the Razer Naga X, a wired MMO mouse with 12 side buttons. I am also currently on PS5 playing with a mouse and keyboard.

The issue: despite the mouse having an onboard memory and despite me having set the assigned keys via Synapse (the Razer software), the game is unable to detect the side buttons.

The console detects the mouse entirely. It is just the side buttons that aren't working. Is this a compatibility issue with FFXIV or PS5? Do you think the console or the game would make it compatible in the future?

I am using a similar mouse on PC, BUT to work you Need to use its software that Binds its buttons ti keys. So the games detects for example that you are pushing "1" while you are pushing the upper left side Button, ecc... I think this Is why It does not fully works on console. Hope i was clear on May explanation

I've already bound the keys to the side buttons using the Razer software (Synapse). The side buttons are still not functional. Everything else on the mouse work though.

Is the software running on ps5? Dont think so.. the binding are not stored in the mouse (at least in my low budget One).. the software must be running in background
