It looks like as a group of 5 people we have chosen the wrong game. Ah well, I'll keep going solo for a few months, but the rest will probably leave for a game we can all play...
The most I can say is to rotate who gets to run in the party for dungeons and for raids you can all play together either unsynched or in a party with 3 randos.
