SMN endgame how is it

i genuinely don't understand why so many people bring this up. you would rip hate off of titan if you did so much as crit a dot tick. like topaz was decent when you were just an arcanist i guess but if you were remotely competent as a SMN you were already destroying titan's enmity generation within just a few levels of even unlocking it, let alone as a geared lv70 player.

i liked having titan tank for me, too, and i always knew exactly how far i could go in order to have it maintain aggro. titan was for when you wanted safety, not speed. look at the summoner class quests, for example. those are designed with a tank titan-egi in mind, they'll rip you a new one if you do them without grossly overgearing them now.

I used to main SMN ever since I started the game and continued playing until 5.1, SHB SMN never sticked with me, felt lackluster and clunky in comparison to what it was prior. Give it a shot, you may like it and end game dmg is very good, honestly there's not a bad class ig, it's just what you like playing.

I for one like it, it does require more practice than say RDM as I swear I always forget a skill or two and SMN being initiative that skill usually is linked to another which results in hardy dps loss, example being Energy drain every time! Or aetherpact or Enkindle that one time and almost always deathflare.

I love it, and probably is my favorite caster atm, it has the pet ghosting issue all pet jobs have and can be overwhelming if your new, but it’s a good time personally
