MMO-Champion and Reddit have a link to the lawsuit in question, but there are allegations against Alex Afrasiabi. He departed the company last year, if I recall, very quietly. Not a word of good-bye between him or Blizzard, no "thanks for the fun times," nothing. It's making sense now why that would have been.

I don't know if you followed the devs and stuff and for how long, but he's been with WoW for many a year. I remember him posting as Furor on the forums from Vanilla (back in 2005 when I started playing), and then he got his own NPC in game in WotLK (in Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight). So yeah, he's from back when it was just Blizzard.
