Online Complete Edition Order stuck on pending

I apologize if this is the wrong place, but I am new and just looking for some help or sagely advice.

I just started to play on PC less than a week ago. I had previously done the trial on PS4 about 5 years ago. So I wasn't able to trial again. So for starters I just wanted to dip my toes back in and bought the starter edition of the game.

I saw this morning (my time) that the Complete Edition had gone on sale. So, I decided to purchase it. But, my order has been stuck on "pending" for well over an hour now.

I am not on steam. I just use the standard PC version/launcher and I purchased the PC Download version.

I also checked my bank account and the order is there. however I have yet to get any sort of email confirmation, validation, and as I said before the order is stuck on "pending."

Did I do something wrong? Is there a technical issue atm?

The order isn't always instant from a retailer but it usually happens within 24-48 hours.
