Game crash post windows not opening

Hi there, the main reason I'm posting this is because kernel errors of different sort are kind of common for me and many others as I've noticed after browsing various help forums and asking around. This one happened today while I was running around Ul'dah, looking for the Make it Rain quest NPC.

Steps:
1. Opened character menu via gamepad.
2. Selected glamour plate icon on character menu.
3. Window opening sound effect was heard but glamour plate window was not visible.
4. Attempted to click on glamour plate icon using mouse, same result.
5. Attempted opening gear set window with mouse, same result (window opening sound effect played but window did not open).
6. Decided to quit game and restart after a few minutes. Selected "Quit Game" from System menu (through gamepad menu).
7. "Log out and quit game?" prompt opened correctly, click "Yes" using mouse.
8. Black screen with loading wheel in bottom right corner loaded up but was not responding to anything.
9. Checked window through taskbar, error window had popped up. Didn't take a screenshot - wasn't thinking at the time, did retrieve error log (see below).
10. Had to close game by right-clicking the taskbar icon and clicking Close.

Author's Note: I no longer believe this is an in-game issue or something that is triggered by a visible or physical event in-game, and I am thinking it's an issue with DirectX11 on my end. Thank you for the support!
