Is their no point in learning?

So out of curiosity... If you go to party finder and make a learning party on Eden savages people tend to reem out the learners and leave, isn't that the point in a learning party?
Just once i want to clear a savage without someone getting mad being salty and leaving.

You'd be suprised how many Players take their clears for granted.

I'm sorry you have had bad experiences.
I'm used to the exact opposite: people join my practice parties and then apologize profusely for making mistakes while learning and practicing.

Hopefully OP your string of poopy parties will peter out.

That sounds like some unfortunate luck. I've had a few cases of people who come into what's explicitly a learning party then get mad that it's a learning party. On the other hand, I've had some pretty patient veterans come in and stay for a full lock out helping the rest of us learn the fight, so it can go either way.

Unfortunately both quality and patience of PF decrease rapidly after a turn is launched. I'd say 3 months is around the time it takes to have it a bit stale and filled with a lot more salt. We're 8 months in now.

Now with 15% echo it's filled with everything.
Good players that killed in those 3 months, want to farm for another job (for instance drg gear to prepare stuff for their reaper) and are not patient.
Other good that come for help and are very patient.
People that are good, just a bit late to the party.
People that are starting HL stuff (need to improve management of mechanics and jobs).
People that don't know what they're doing and seen the light so they came in thinking it would be easy 530 gear (with it being unlocked). Sadly they discover it is not.
People that suck a lot AND are full of salt, not patient while they are probably the worst of the bunch.

A true melting pot. Honestly, rather you try and find a static to prog at your pace because PF this late in a tier is...not a good experience. At all.

More importantly prepare that static now, to start raids when they're out in Endwalker, much better experience when you dive right in. There is such a thing as "late to the party" in this game in terms of game experience, so prepare in advance for Endwalker to be in the starting blocks.
