The timer is 5 minutes for loot rolls. If it were 2 then it wouldn't be an issue.

It may be just a minor inconvenience but people complained about BLU one-shotting fates with learnable skills which was also a minor inconvenience and they got their way so why can't we get ours?

One thing they could do is add an area to the loot window which shows everyone's roll status on the currently selected loot. Then you could see who has yet to roll.

I honestly wouldn't mind if they found a way to start outing the people in alliance raids with a highlight color or something that they haven't rolled. I have no problem waiting out the clock either way, in-case there is a griefer reading this.
My go to method has always been to type in Alliance chat, "Whelp. Time to turn on Youtube."

It works near every time. People holding up the roll usually don't want to wait themselves and seem to give up if you announce you'll wait them out.

They really should reduce the timer though because it's often abused to avoid kicks too. There's no reason it needs to be five minutes long.

I've heard arguments against this that this could result in people harassing the one person who hasn't rolled for whatever reason

I wish there'd be a skip/pass on all loot option, I keep forgetting to roll on things in roulettes or when helping friends and that quickly clogs my inventory up cus I forget to roll

I’ll give my personal experience on this matter as a PlayStation player: when I started doing dungeons, I would manually use the touchpad of the PS4 controller to scroll over to the loot table and then manually select the Greed or Need option. This was frustrating and took absolutely forever. Eventually I realized that if I pressed in the touchpad button, it would cycle through the windows, making Need or Greed far easier. The point of this post? Maybe you’re playing with console players that just take a long time to manually select Need or Greed and it isn’t intentional. I don’t think people should get banned for unintentional mistakes, so bad idea.

Honestly didn't even knew this was a thing, I have around 100 hours(Yes, I'm new) so maybe that's the reason.

I recently came from a game where there is no roll on loot everyone got loot. I also am going into these dungeons for the first time and like to watch the cut scenes. I have been in dungeons with people who rush and I can't read what the piece of loot is before they are pulling again. So there are many people who are not rolling and it's not on purpose. Punishing people for not rolling quickly will not solve the ones who grief. And who does that I mean it's really mean!
