Since patch 1,16 i cant se the targeted npc hp when casting a spell

Since patch 1,16 i cant see the targeted npc hp bar when casting a spell.

it apear again when im casting but not under the time when the cast is building up.
the bar is there but not the hp bar inside.

the same happeens when i target myself and casts spells on my self.

Same here, even with DoW debuffs such as disorient.

There are a handful of things not working in respect to the target bars.

-Mob health bar not updating/lagging
-Mob status effects not updating/lagging
-Mob challenge rating (colored dots) not showing up/lagging
-Player action bar/casting bar is sometimes blank (shows casting progress but nothing else on the bar)

If I'm missing anything please let me know.

Yep. It seems to be during subtargetting the health of the enemy just completely vanishes.

When cast spell, can't see enemy HP.

Post of March 8th. (15 posts before this one)

And Xophious and Enkrateia, Maybe you could talk to each other and get this escalated. The other problems since the update are mentioned in several threads. No longer able to use <sp>. No longer able to click party members name to instantly heal them. Lots of problems with the last patch and targeting.

Yep this happens to me all the time too. I can't see any debuffs that are on the mob that I'm locked on to.
