Title pretty much says it all. Utilize a corner platinum card, and then cards with 1s in the left, right, top, and bottom (one each, thereby giving you a 1 option to fallen ace 2/3 of her platinum cards [nothing you can do about Cloud), with overall stronger numbers in the remainder, and then simply overpower her. I've been winning about 4/5 matches with her, and drawing the rest. Provided you own all her platinum drops, she seems to cough up a card reward about 1-in-8 or so wins, so that's a flat 1,500 mgp bonus awarded randomly while grinding.

I personally run with Bartz, Y'shtola, The Ultima Weapon, Urianger, Lyna. There are other combos you could use (for example, Terra can be easily swapped in for Bartz - she's also a corner platinum). Make sure you exploit Fallen Ace to its absolute fullest with those 1-sides of your gold cards. That's how she's beaten.

The key is to move fast. Be aggressive and don't strategize. Go for the throat on easy flips. You want to be in and out of a match - regardless of the outcome - in about 25 seconds.
