I thought the online purchase did not require the code? that was for purchases from steam etc? I received confirmation of purchase emails, but they only included an enquiry number - less numbers than the code requires - already tried that :-)

worth noting, I bought something from the mog station to test it - worked fine - item received within a few minutes, its just the collectors edition stuff that's missing
