How long ago did you try? It can take up to 3hrs I think it says for delivery.. you also need to make sure your mailbox is empty in the 2nd tab.. idr the name but its used only for purchased items.. if you didn't have space or it hasn't shown after 3hrs there's a button you can press once ever hour to request resend of purchased items.. they usually deliver with 1hr with or without that button too

purchased several days ago, nothing in mail (it is empty) and I've pressed the button to resend stuff several times each day. I figured there was an issue with the account?? but wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.
