Digital Upgrade Service and items

used the Digital Upgrade Service via the lodestone to grab Complete Collector's Edition Upgrade from a starter account.

Now almost completed ARR but have not received any of the items from the collectors edition. Have raised ticket and checked the moogle regularly - did I miss something?

How long ago did you try? It can take up to 3hrs I think it says for delivery.. you also need to make sure your mailbox is empty in the 2nd tab.. idr the name but its used only for purchased items.. if you didn't have space or it hasn't shown after 3hrs there's a button you can press once ever hour to request resend of purchased items.. they usually deliver with 1hr with or without that button too

purchased several days ago, nothing in mail (it is empty) and I've pressed the button to resend stuff several times each day. I figured there was an issue with the account?? but wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.

You should have received a code by email.

Did you insert this code into the mog station?

I thought the online purchase did not require the code? that was for purchases from steam etc? I received confirmation of purchase emails, but they only included an enquiry number - less numbers than the code requires - already tried that :-)

worth noting, I bought something from the mog station to test it - worked fine - item received within a few minutes, its just the collectors edition stuff that's missing

Go into your mogstation post where it shows what expansions you've purchased make sure you have a "o" showing purchased on the collector's edition.

purchased 'FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Complete Edition Windows®' - but yeah, shows 'o' for windows and 'buy' for collectors - so it should show '0' for collectors too? or is that something else I'm supposed to purchase? actually, makes sense now, sorry and thanks for the replies. I think I thought I'd purchased the collectors in the first place? when it was simply the complete edition

You can "upgrade" to the collectors edition of each individual expansion through the mog station for what would be the remainder of the fee that you paid for the standard edition, then you will get the mount and minion from that expansion.
