Crashing dx11 with no error popup

@OP, someone told me they fixed it by reinstalling on C instead of the external HDD they were using. I had to install it on an external HDD too since I don't have enough space on C and cannot try this solution.

Can you confirm if you have the game installed on drive C or on a different one? (edit: since the size of your C drive is similar to mine, I guess it could also be your case)

To add more information, I have also been having random crashes on a specific cutscene (where Lo****** and Na**** sit down to speak) just this week (I was able to play up to Stormblood with no issues, though). But on entering the Doman Enclave the crashes are consistent. I can also upload my system information if it would help. I'm playing on a laptop with a 960m.
