    a fatal directx error has occured (11000002)

    i've recently been getting this error as well as a bug report from my amd software however when i try to contact anyone on solving this issue nobody respond. im not sure what the cause is i've heard the benchmark could cause issues but i do not know. i previously tried getting more ds4 support for ff14 with ds4 windows an app to help with controller however i struggled to understand it and make it work i do believe i deleted it and its drivers. but i dont know what could be the problem and how to go about it. its happened 4 times and usually im just walking around sometimes lots of people others barely any. im not a pc wizard so i dont know how to figure things out
