Crashing to desktop on certain dungeon.

So a member of our fc has been having a problem for the last week trying to do the dungeon Paglth'an. What seem to happen is we queue up, click commence and then he crashes to desktop right before the cutscene. No error codes no prompts just straight to desktop in under like 2 seconds. So we tried all the common stuff change settings, clean install, disabling overlays etc.

So we tried to do the dungeon on a diff pc and then try log back into his main pc cause we thought it might be the cutscene bugging him out. But it still crashes even after we cleared it. Strange thing though is it seems only to be this dungeon, queuing up for other dungeons msq etc seems not to cause this problem.

He is on the steam version off FFXIV. If anyone has had a similar problem or has a suggested solution we could try would be grateful.
