Why can't there be an automated log-out after 60 min of afk?

This situation is getting rather annoying. Some of us have a strict playtime; waiting for 20-30 minutes stuck in login screen because the world is "full" is ridiculous, and it will force some players (that includes me) to skip several days each month or end up un-subbing.
I do get the excitement of the surge, but it soon will become an issue if they don't address the horrible queuing times.

I’d like to point out that the queue isn’t because of players NOT logged out, but instead of players logging in at the same time as you. Thats why when servers shut down accidentally, you’ll log in to queues of 2000+. 2000+ people are trying to log in at the same time as you.

Thanks for the clarification, however; my point was related to the limited login capacity in general and server population, they are already working on it as we speak because of this surge, which is great.
