I need help to unlock "Extreme Trials"! (SPOILERS BEYOND ARR/HW INCLUDED)

Hi, I'm a returning player who just recently leveled my character to 80 and I'm at MSQ Lv. 77!
Now the problem, as I was mainly focused on leveling, I skipped (only in the beginning around ARR/HW) some of those "blue quest" as it seems that some are unimportant. But now that I saw that you have to do a certain quest to unlock the extreme trials for the Primals in ARR, it seems that you have to talk to "Urianger" or "Minfilia" in "The Waking Sands" or in Mor Dhona in "The Rising Stones". (!!SPOILER FROM HERE ON!!) But now that I'm already in ShB they aren't there and I can't find them. Except for Minfilia as she became Ryne. But there is no quest. And Urianger is, well don't know. I also heard that you have to finish them(Garuda/Ifrit/etc.) on Hard mode, as I already had that done and still I can't seem to find quests related to unlocking them on Extreme. So I was planning to just finish the whole MSQ and see if they will give me the quest later on.
If someone could help me out I would appreciate it very much!!

oh thats kinda interesting XD try that bard in Mor Dhona. Wandering Minstrel or something he is named, before door to Rising Stones. but i wonder .

Check you have completed all other ARR primals that you have unlocked. They should have a green check mark on them when you select them in Duty Finder. Make sure all current quests for ARR primals are complete and not still lingering in your journal. That includes Odin.

So there is one thing you should know about how the game handles NPCs. If there is more then one reason for an NPC to exist, then NPCs can exist in more then one location at a time. So if, for instance, Urianger has a quest to offer you that you never picked up in the Waking Sands you will still find him there with that quest even if the MSQ has moved him elsewhere for story purposes. The way this is treated in the lore is that canonically you did everything at the time/in the order that it came out. Even if you the player unlocked everything optional at 80 once you caught up on MSQ, your character is considered to have done the level 50 things after 2.0, the level 60 things after 3.0, etc.

Well it does make sense, but how can I go to The Waking Sands if there is no entry or anything like a button/shining orb flying around.
In Mor Dhona there is nobody as I already went there like 4 times to check. And I searched it on different websites too, and if I go back to how the quest starts, it tells me after The Ultimate Weapon(I think it was called that way) you get a mission "A Recurring Problem" and it seems like I didn't do that as I couldnt find it in my completed journal. But anyway I'll have to try the Bard in Mor Dhona first and check if I missed one or so Trials. And thanks again for the Tipps!

First of all, I'd like to thank you all for trying to help me out with the problem!
It seems like my PC is just slow af and the solution was to wait in front of The Waking Sands for like 10 minutes so everything could render and show up like the button/shining orb to enter the hideout. I didn't know that it would take that long as it was pretty quick with other destinations and for almost everything else. Except for this specific place. (And I mean like 10sec for other places)
Anyway thank you guys for the help! PROBLEM SOLVED
