Quinn hating on the game.

Yeah I watched that stream, couldn’t stand it tbh.

As a New Zealander myself, same as the dude, I don’t have the joy of “different accent = funny” so he just comes off as extra-cringe, as it’s easier to tell when he’s “putting it on” for the camera.

And I just generally hated the way he called other players on screen “bitch”, and blaming the healers for his mistakes, it wasn’t a good look.

People have the right to make opinions, but that right comes with the right of others to critique said opinions, especially when they are made on public platforms. So I do not see this as bullying it is more or less calling out internet BS which should be encouraged. If he would of said you know what guys I just cannot get into this game it is not for me. It would of been fine and I doubt anyone would of cared. It is all how he handled it.

But he skipped the leveling experience, the whole story, came in with an obvious bias, and honestly was laughably bad at endgame and blamed others for his failure and lack of basic game knowledge. He made statements about how the story was trash and cliche, raids are trash, combat is trash, things made no sense and so on... when he honestly all this was 100% his own fault for skipping everything and doing next to no research.

Now this person probably would of never liked the game and it is obvious he was trying to get views and ride the WoW creator going to ffxiv hype train. But honestly in my opinion if that video is how he normally acts around other people... let some other game have him lol.

Damn, Quinn just pulled a 90000 IQ play. He just showed everyone how toxic the ffxiv community while signal boosting his own stream. In reality he couldn't careless about FFXIV, he understood how snowflakey this community is and found a way to enrage the entire ffxiv community by dumpstering over the story by skipping which enrages the casuals, then purposely did poor in the boss fights to enrages the raiders.

Quin did not pull anything off. The old Maxim goes; "treat others the way you want to be treated yourself" - He bit at the community, and the community bit back, simple as. Well can you explain to me why he's getting way more attention than Lazypeon? He clearly pulled off something that Lazypeon wish he could've done.

He got so much attention to his channel right before the PoE update that you can't at all call it a waste of $200. That's by far the best use of $200 that ANYONE could've done to gain attention.

Point of correction btw... Lazypeon made people rage just as hard. It's literally the same thing that happened with him. It was so bad he took down his video. I don't aggree with doxing and death threats but both LP and this Q man did literally the same thing. He didn't do anything above LP.

Perhaps he did. I don't know about you but the vibes I got from Rich were that of neutrality. - Asmongold on the other hand. This is where my comment of being intentionally obtuse stems from. He scorned the community, whilst subsequently going on to say Quin doesn't deserve the hate, which he doesn't - That's all fine. But let's be frank if you're going to judge something or make a comment on something you know nothing about then you're going to get backlash himself. I'm pretty sure on this selfsame stream Asmongold done on his second channel openly admitted that he makes a routine effort to try and comment on things that he doesn't know what he's talking about. I beg the question- I wonder why he doesn't do that? Again, see intentionally obtuse.

Not sure about played. He's another guy that made a meme of himself. - I'm going to continue drinking water, and he's going to continue to be known as the guy that elected to Hissatsu: Gyoten into 2 fire AoEs and then proceed to try and disparage the healers, despite the fact the AoE killed him for his maximum HP twice. Can't really help but think he's got the worse end of the stick here.
