Three questions about aetherpool weapons

They're seperate for each area. Same for the max of 99/99 you can get in them. Each gives different loot too

First you get to 30/30 for the base Padjali weapon, then you need another 60/60 to spend on it to upgrade it to Kinna for Palace of the Dead

So there’s no HoH equivalent to the Padjali to Kinna progression, making a total of 3 potential permanent appearances per weapon?
