On one hand you've got people that want the old HW DRK back with the MP management, the speed, the different combos, and Dark Arts (and SB DRK kinda falls into this category since they had more MP management and Dark Arts, even if it was simplified). It's a messy situation and SE shouldn't have spent the past two expacs taking a hammer to DRKs kneecaps but we're at a point where HW DRK and ShB DRK are two separate Jobs sharing the same name and aesthetic, but only one can exist much to disappoint of many fans. Maybe there's a possibility of SE successfully merging the two types of DRK, but I have zero expectation of that happening, nor do I have confidence in the Job designers based off the way they've treated the Job. It really is a problematic situation and it sucks to see.
DRK used to be my favorite tank before they neutered it. Now I just find my fun in GNB, but even it gets a bit boring after a while.
