    "Two Vans are Better than One" prerequisite

    I was hoping someone could help me figure this out: Fulke doesn't offer me the quest "Two Vans are Better than One" (tried Small Talk option obviously)

    I'm Serpent Sergeant Second Class ranked, have done the quest that is listed as a prerequisite "Eternal Recurrence", and have done "You Don't Have the Rite" months ago when I first got the Corporal rank.

    Is "It Kills with Fire" a definite prerequisite? I didn't think it was because I was able to accept and complete "You Don't Have the Rite", but that's the only thing I haven't been able to do (solo play 98% of the time)

    I've been raging about this because the quest has so much to do with Dalamud
