Is there a way to track how close you are to rest xp cap?

I'm about to set out on the quest of leveling multiple jobs in turns, some of them using methods that consume rest XP (dungeons via trusts, maybe the odd squadron run) and some that don't (Deep dungeons), which means when I go on a days-long bender of doing methods that don't, I'm going to accrue rest XP beyond what I can visibly see on the bar. Also, I mean, I might do things on my capped jobs, which will also accrue rest XP those days.

Is there a command or a way in game to see just how much of my potential rest XP cap I have accrued? I know the cap is apparently more than one level, and if I'm bumping against the cap, obviously I can then look at deliberately turning to the post-70 classes in the "dungeon phase."

If not, it's not the end of the world, I just thought I'd ask.
