    (Distant Worlds) Aurum Vale Glitch [Sargatanas]

    In Aurum Vale, during another 25 minute run, the terminal didn't spawn to open the magicket gate right before the Marbol fight. After waiting 45 minutes for a GM call, we get nothing but an automated response.

    We are going in for another run. I think what surprised us the most was the lack of support.

    What do you expect them to do <_<? Reset the dungeon for you? It doesn't cost anything to enter, so there's no point in doing that.

    I made a post to bring a bug to light. Besides that, I expect a little more then an automated message telling me to go to the support site for help.

    I think the topic at hand is the lack of a response he got. If the dungeon was glitched for everyone all the GM would have to do is let him know. All they did was send him an automated message telling him "I'm Sorry Return"

    we would expect them to send out functioning content wich doesn't waste that much more of our time grinding it out.

    *edit* i did manage to get a GM to talk to though. but all i got was sorry. oh well.

    Along with the information that my GM requested, anytime you feel the service you received was not up to standard, we encourage you to submit any details to us via our Email Support located at our Support Center.

    As a Supervisor for the GM team, I am always looking for ways our GMs can improve and each email submitted is fully reviewed by the SGMs (Supervisors) and also the Lead GM who is in charge of Customer Service for the GM team.

    The message system was introduced to reduced the amount of time we take away from game play; the GMs tend to need to gather a bit of information for bug reports so we offer the Forums as a means for you to submit the reports at your leisure. If the call is one that face to face contact is needed, you can be assured the GMs will contact you in game; we just have many methods to investigate without having to interrupt you while playing. I am sorry if the messages upset people, they were never the intent.

    As for the bug you submitted, we do ask that you fill out the form with as much information as you can and we'll gladly forward the information to our Development team.

    Wow, thats a lot of stuff to ask someone to post about. Why not just look into it yourselves? I mean we're not being paid here lol.

    I experienced the same issue Daku, couldn't get past the final gate to fight morbol. I made a post as well but found this one very similar.

    ISP: I am using Time Warner, everyone in Aurum Vale was experiencing the same problem, all from different places around the world, so it isn't just associated with one ISP.

    Type of Internet Connection: Fiber Optics.

    Internet Connection Speed: Around 15-30Mbit/s

    Date & Time: Around 45 minutes before this thread started. So around 7:15-7:30 Central Time. 4/21/2012

    Frequency: Happened once, but it seams Taei has also experienced this.


    Character Name: Daku Naito, Tomo Otoshi, Atma Highwind, Noir Nubilus, Kail Rot, Pharacelcus Iota, Captain Cook, and Gulgan Ganzorig.

    Race: All

    World: Sargatanas

    Class: Wasn't class specific, all of them.

    Physical Level: 50
    Physical level of your character when the issue occurred.

    Area and Coordinates: Don't know the exact Coordinates, but it was at the last gate before Malb.

    Party or Solo: Party

    NPC Name: None

    Monster Name: The monsters right before Morbol, the ones that allow for the opening of the gate. They froze for a bit, then died.

    In-Game Time: I couldn't tell you, sorry >.<

    Steps: Any normal 25 minute run, we had two members stay back for the efts, and then had the Warrior Tank start on the mobs to open the node for the opening of the last gate. The monsters froze when they should have been dead, and died.
