Wrong teleportation costs at Mercantile Houses

Steps:
1. Got to Ul'dahn Mercantile House from Gridania X:4, Y:4 selecting "Ul'dahn Mercantile House" from "Select a destination." menu.
2. Once inside selected Mercantile House, opened Main Menu > Teleport and selected The Black Shroud on Teleport Locations window.
3. The anima cost for all the areas (not favourites) was 6 except for Gridania which was 3.
It should be 4 for all the areas except Gridania which should be 2, right? My character is at Gridania after all.

Note that this is happening at all Mercantile Houses of each city-state. Furthermore, the teleportation costs from a Mercantile House of the city-state you're currently at (i.e. Gridanian Mercantile House at Gridania) are wrong aswell.

*Note: My character is at Ul'dahn Mercantile House at Gridania. Designated Area and Coordinates were showed that way in-game. On a side note, displayed map shows Market Wards upside and Gridania downside (Eorzean font).
