Except Yoshi-P (and SE) has pointed out numerous times that what they are doing is counter to what is intended with the housing system - especially the sale and transfer of houses.

The data also shows that there is not an insignificant number of players that basically making a vulgar expression of greed by tying up multiple houses through FCs on a single account through the creative uses of FCs.
